About Our CEO: Mr. Sanjay Shah
At the helm of our organization is Mr. Sanjay Shah, a seasoned leader in hospitality management and labor law consulting. With a career spanning several decades and two continents, Mr. Shah brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of helping motels and hotels achieve operational excellence.
Mr. Shah began his professional journey after earning a Master’s degree in Labor Studies from the University of Mumbai in 1981. He quickly rose through the ranks as an HR Manager at some of Mumbai’s most prominent hotels, including Hotel Airport Plaza, Holiday Inn, and Hotel Sea Princess. During his tenure in India, he collaborated with leading figures in the hospitality industry and developed deep expertise in labor laws, workplace investigations, and employer representation before labor courts and government authorities.
In 2005, Mr. Shah immigrated to the United States, where he continued to build on his extensive experience by managing and operating franchised motels. Over the years, he has held positions as both Manager and General Manager and has earned several prestigious certifications, including Certified Hotel Administrator, Certified Food Protection Manager, Certified HR Professional (CA), Certified Hospitality Supervisor, Certified Alcohol Handler, and Certified Housekeeping Manager for Best Western properties.
Recognized for his professional accomplishments, Mr. Shah is a Life Member of the National Institute of Personnel Management, India, and the Labor Law Practitioners’ Association, Mumbai. Since 2016, he has focused on consulting, forming a PLLC to provide specialized services to the hospitality industry. His approach emphasizes improving operational efficiency and service quality, with a strong focus on areas that directly impact profitability.
